Organic Cotton
Just a quick reminder: organic cotton uses 50% less water than conventional cotton and is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers—true sustainability at its core. In our view, non-organic cotton has no place in today’s world. The cotton we use is GOTS-certified, giving us complete confidence in its quality and traceability, while ensuring that farmers receive fair compensation for their work.
At SNAP Climbing, we are committed to using natural or recycled materials.
100% of the materials we use at SNAP are chosen to minimize their environmental impact compared to traditional options.
We believe that selecting the right material is always about finding the right balance. For us, this means prioritizing durability, flexibility, stretchability, and, above all, minimizing the impact on the environment. That’s why we use recycled materials, reduce water consumption, and respect natural ecosystems. Each product starts with its intended use, which then guides our selection of materials and influences the final design. We manufacture and develop every item under the best possible conditions.
CREATE NEW CLIMBING STANDARDS AND PRACTICES
SNAP born in Chamonix in the 90s, is an iconic French brand, known in the climbing world for its quirky and innovative vision of climbing products. Right from the start, SNAP made its mark with BUM quickdraws (the first wire-finger quickdraws in France) and a range of ultra-resistant crash-pads. Today, the company continues to break away from strictly traditional visions, creating standards for a new, spontaneous vision of climbing, encouraging free spirits and aesthetics.
